Job Description
- Develop visual and execute a wide variety of content for company website, digital marketing, social media channels, and print marketing that elevate the orthodontic narrative and brand voice to align with business goals and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various creative design layouts visual and digital content within the brand guidelines to enhance online engagement.
- Collaborate with external printers or service providers to ensure quality production of materials.
- Create and draft concepts and designs of Diamond Braces branded website designs, educational collateral and materials for patients, dental procedures, and orthodontic care for internal and external use.
- Ensure the maintenance of brand consistency is across all design projects and present design concepts and proposals to leadership team, incorporating feedback and implementing revisions.
- Exhibit efficiency in meeting deadlines while ensuring quality, precision, and continuous improvement across completed projects.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in graphic visual and digital design.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field.
- 5-7 years' design experience preferably in a healthcare or dental setting
- At least five years designing in social media, website design, dental marketing, etc.
- Technical proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A keen eye for aesthetics, photo retouching, and details
- Self-starter who is current with design trends and competitive landscape.
- Ability to work on multiple projects from start to end and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Knowledge in digital marketing, photography, videography, for creating visual content.
- Strong knowledge of web design and content management systems.
- This is a full-time Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
- Travel to the various practice locations including NY, NJ, CT, and PA may be necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position.
