We're a small team that needs a little help in the picture department. While the right candidate will deliver work primarily for the Internal Communications team, they will also work with and learn from our amazing Graphic Designers on our Brand team. Responsibilities:
- Captivate our audience with design that elevates visual appearance and ensures brand coherence
- Work within our brand guidelines to create layouts that promote Mendix style and voice through visual touch points
- Take direction from our Head of Internal Communications while working with our Creative Director and Art Directors on a variety of projects, and demonstrate your value by contributing to team discussions around vision, ideation, design, and execution
- Earn a respected place within a small, high-performing, high-impact team by producing quality work quickly
Requirements:
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates a keen eye for detail, typography, layout, and composition across both digital and print
- The ability to create visual designs across a wide range of assets
- Solid presentation design skills
- Exceptional skills in the Figma and Adobe CS
- Someone who is highly collaborative and works well cross-functionally
- Strong communication skills, and a desire for building consistent, quality work
