General Summary:
Essential duties and Responsibilities:
The purpose of the Graphic Design Marketing Specialist role is to deliver:
Marketing Service Requests (MSR)
- Monitor the MSR board and execute requests made in the following categories: Branding (logos, bucket labels, PIB’s), Graphic Design and separation for Screen Print (product promotional prints), Graphic Design for Social Media/Web
Graphic Assets
- Maintain records for all graphics produced in the Applications Lab including:
- Print specifications
- Separation Files
- Maintain physical print inventory of relevant promotional prints
- Maintain physical print archive of all displayed graphics (mounted)
Video Projects
- Facebook Live video filming, editing, and uploads
- Other video projects – Rutland re-brand, promo videos for certain inks and prints, new Specialty inks video etc.
Design and Print Sampling
- Creating new Magna print designs for marketing campaigns, new product launches, seasonal events and videos etc.
- Rimi can support with screen separations for most prints
- Purchasing t-shirts and textiles for applications team for prints and events
System Administration Responsibilities (10%)
Monday.com
- System Administrator for the Specialty Inks Monday.com account:
- Manage users and permissions (80 users)
- Train new employees in the use of the system
- Create new boards and update existing boards when necessary
- Establish/maintain standards in layouts, automations, integrations and workflows
- Monitor automation activity (monthly usage)
- Troubleshoot bugs/performance errors
- Archive outdated items
Ninox (Avient Specialty Inks Database)
- System Administrator for the Specialty Inks Ninox account:
- Manage users and permissions (12 users)
- Train new employees in the use of the system
- Create new tables and update existing tables when necessary
- Establish/maintain standards in layouts, integrations and workflows
- Troubleshoot bugs/performance errors
- Archive outdated items
Make (Integration Software – allows Monday.com and Ninox to communicate)
- System Administrator for the Specialty Inks Make account:
- Manage users and permissions (1 user)
- Monitor integration activity (monthly usage)
- Establish/maintain standards in layouts and workflows
- Troubleshoot bugs/performance errors
- Archive outdated items
Scope:
Personnel: May have 1-2 direct reports.
Budget: Up to $250,000.
Sales Revenue: Business unit specific.
