Graphic Designer - Patcraft
Position Overview
Essential Design Tool Kit:

• Drive creative design and execution for print and interactive brand marketing: websites, email-marketing campaigns, trade shows and events, branded presentations, posters, training materials, product launch materials and more.
• Coordinate with the Creative Director + Associate Creative Director and internal marketing stakeholders to ensure designs align with brand strategy.
• Confirm all graphic design projects meet basic requirements for client usability, brand integrity, and marketing message accuracy.
• Provide basic graphic design production support for internal and external customers
• Manage multiple projects and exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills
• Exhibit excellent knowledge of applications and design principles
• Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently
• Have fun and create amazing work!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graphic Design Degree required
• 3-5 years' experience, in-house or agency
• Portfolio required
• Ability to come into the office 2-3 days a week based on project needs
• Exceptional aesthetic sense and intuitive understanding of design principles
• Exceptional sense and use of layout and typography
• Print and web design capabilities and knowledge; must know how to work in both media for integrated campaigns
• Must have excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience in Flash, html and CSS is a plus
