Non Profit Sign on Bonus: $600 (Half paid out at 3 months and other half at 12 months).
Grants Manager Responsibilities
- Retain, strategize growth and manage a growing government grants portfolio in collaboration with key stakeholders to increase revenue.
- Assess government Request for Proposals in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate strategy meetings, including the Advancement, Finance, Quality team and others, to gather essential information and formulate effective proposal approaches.
- Keep in discussion with program management to maintain a pulse on how grants impact the work and ensure smooth grant hand-off processes.
- Supervise the full grant cycle from end-to-end, including the development and implementation of a grant process, and robust reporting.
- Grant writer, reviser, and submitter from start to finish for multiple agency locations.
- Partner with internal colleagues to develop a grant calendar, ensuring comprehensive planning for grant-related activities.
- Develop and communicate strategy, timeline, and assignments to internal and external teams ensuring a timely, accurate, and compelling grant submission for advancement funding.
- Improve the grants management process and revenue stream to facilitate an effective review, update, and final submission to the CAO.
- Administer grant management tracking in Salesforce.
- Maintain accurate tracking of proposal progress by consistently updating information in Salesforce.
- Responsible for the accurate proposal status, grant financial amount, grant period, contract signature status, and deadlines in Salesforce.
- Communicate with the CQO to ensure timely grant reporting.

Grants Manager Competencies:
- 1-2 yrs government Grant Writer experience with a track record of securing funding for nonprofit organizations.
- 3 yrs experience grants management preferred.
- Project management background preferred.
- Proficient in grants management software.
- Ability to clear a Department of Human Services background screening.
- Excellent verbal communication, writing and editing skills.
