Working Conditions
Excellent work attendance and a professional appearance are required. Maintain the ability to work with various levels of staff and management, multitask and prioritize, pay attention to details, and complete accurate work. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite Applications (e.g., Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Visio, PowerPoint, OneNote, Publisher/Sites, Access/Forms, Outlook/Gmail/Calendars, Power BI, etc.)
Microsoft Teams proficiency is desirable. Office based work schedule M-F; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Working nights, weekends, and holidays may be required, as well as travel throughout the state.

Special Requirements
FELONY DISCLOSURE
Pursuant to California Penal Code 4571, any individual interested in seeking employment who may be required to work with inmates at a conservation camp must disclose of any prior felony status up front, so CAL FIRE/CDCR can provide informed consent to a former felon to be on the Conservation Camp/Prison grounds. Any person/employee that has been convicted of a Felony and not received written consent, is committing a Felony.
PREA INFORMATION
Positions located at a Camp or requiring the supervision of inmates requires compliance with the Prison Rape Elimination Act. Compliance is determined by completing a Live Scan prior to appointment and during the course of employment to verify the standards of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 115 Prison Rape Elimination Act National Standards are met.

Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)
The completed SOQ must be no more than (2) pages long, in Arial 12-point font, and single spaced with 1" margins. Each page should have your first and last name in the upper right-hand corner. After each question, the questions should be numbered and addressed. Each question must address the key topics of the statement.
