Grant Management and Procurement Specialist
This full-time role reports to the Administrative Services Manager and supports finance, grant, purchasing, procurement, and fixed asset programs.

Key responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with grant regulations and requirements
- Identify and apply for grant funding opportunities
- Support accounting and reporting for grants
- Assist with fixed asset and credit card financial administration
- Help manage purchasing and Procurement procedures
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with professional level grant experience supplemented with procurement and purchasing experience. They should exhibit exceptional teamwork, a willingness to learn, and an analytical mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in public administration, business, accounting, finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in grant coordination, purchasing, or procurement
- Government agency experience preferred
- Analytical mindset and ability to work independently
