Report to: Director of Golf/ Director of Retail
Pay Scale: $20.00/hr
Summary: candidate should possess strong administrative skills with a focus on accounting. Day-to-day jobs will change from marketing items, invoice entry, meeting organization, newsletter creation, and possible phone coverage. The role is supportive to golf professional and retail team and the position calls for a full team-player with a service-minded attitude. The candidate will need to be able to multi-task as the golf operation is fast-paced.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Invoice input for soft and hard goods. Includes special orders from trunk shows, demo days, and events.
- Organizing and filing catalogs for all Golf Shop products.
- Assisting in marketing and social media. Some photography.
- Making fliers for Golf Shop events, sales, demo days, etc.
- Assisting Director of Golf with emails, scheduling, and responses to member needs.
- General correspondence for orders received.
- Phone backup as needed.
- Assist with audits and inventory counts.
- Track all special orders through maintenance of the Golf Genius management system.
- Various additional administrative tasks as required.
- All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Computer: Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Jonas Encore, Golf Genius Golf Shop, Members First Tee Sheet, and Canva.
Language: Ability to read, write and comprehend correspondence, memos, and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to employees.
Mathematics: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

Qualifications
- Meet all Federal and State Employment Eligibility guidelines
- Minimum of a high school diploma and experience with standard accounting
- Understanding of basic inventory
- Effective people skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and quick learner preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Deal with moderate noise level in the work environment.
