Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and organize carts from the parking lot and return them to the designated area
- Assist customers with loading and unloading their purchases
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart storage area
- Monitor and manage cart availability to ensure customers have access to carts at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing correct change
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
