NO TECH SUPPORT EXPERIENCE NECESSARY – LOOKING FOR GOLF EXPERTS
Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and customer service experience. This person will be responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional support services to our clients.
Your responsibilities:
- Handle complex issues that the first level of support cannot resolve.
- Handle more advanced issues that require deeper knowledge of the Uneekor product line.
- Provide technical assistance in the installation, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software products.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including network connectivity and system errors.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
- Creation of troubleshooting flows for increased resolution.
- Respond to technical support inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and provide results/feedback.
- Document technical knowledge in the knowledge database.
- Through documentation of customer interactions within the Uneekor’s CRM platform.
- Preparing timely and accurate reports.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Escalates unresolved issues to Level 3 Support.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technology, Uneekor’s hardware and software products and technical support processes.
Qualifications:
- Passion for golf and high a level of golf knowledge and experience
- Possess solid knowledge of the game of golf and various concepts of physics, such as aerodynamics, inertia, impulse, momentum, forces, and trajectory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- Occasionally required to stand and walk.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Some local travel required.
