Airborne Customer Support (ACS) pilots support Customer Support’s Technical Operations by providing on demand flights to safely deliver aircraft parts and/or FAST technicians to AOG customer aircraft. In addition to flying ACS missions, ACS pilots perform Corporate Transportation for customers through Customer Accommodation flights..
No accidents - required
GV type rating preferred, but not required.
- Operate Gulfstream aircraft in support of corporate transport, Airborne Product Support, Gulfstream maintenance, customer accommodation, and other functions as required.
- Assist PIC in support of Demonstration operations in accordance with GAC Flight Operations FOM/SOP .
- Manage and execute all assigned ancillary responsibilities .
- Adhere to Gulfstream corporate policies and the department's Flight Operations Manual and SOPs .
- Actively manage individual progress towards qualification as Gulfstream Demonstration Captain .
- Assist Gulfstream Dispatch with planning and coordination of flight activities .
- Strive to promote a positive brand image for Gulfstream and General Dynamics .
- Conduct presentations within Gulfstream Flight Operations .
