Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: 35 GLENLAKE PKWY SUITE 200 ATLANTA GA 30328
Duration: 6 months
Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri
Pay : $ 22.90-30.90/hr on W2
Description/Comment: Duties include analyzing and responding to messages by customers. Resolving problems and maintain an ongoing relationship with customer. Following up on customer requests, reviewing rates as needed, tracking shipments and orders, preparing reports, customer set ups, updating customer files and profiles. Develop and prepare proposals and presentations. Prepares complex reports and performs audits.
Additional Job Details: Encumbant will work closely with internal UPS sales resources on reviewing specific customer case materials, which will include but not limited to shipping patterns and history, and determine fit for solution. Person must be highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, documentation and follow-up are critical to job success
