GM Energy's Product Delivery team is tasked with accelerating EV adoption through delivering education, engagement, charging solutions, & infrastructure across all charging domains, serving multiple cohorts: customers, employees, dealers, and vehicle brands. The team works across the organization to accelerate EV adoption, deliver a superior owner experience and support the flawless launch of our products to customers.

Reporting to the Manager, Home Product Delivery, the Assistant Manager, In-Market Home Charging Programs is responsible for developing and executing Home Charging Programs in conjunction with our vehicle brand teams.
Key Job Activities:
Manage cross-functional relationships (Brand, Dealer/Field Team, Legal, Finance, Go-to-Market)
Develop customer experience and negotiate with external supplier (ie. Utilities, Qmerit, EVgo and other potential partners/suppliers)
Define requirements for educational assets (training plans, Field Team assets, consult on customer case escalation training for EV Concierge and Customer Success teams)
Educational presentations (to audience of all backgrounds)
Create business plans & obtain leadership approval
Define IT requirements for maintenance and enhancements (if applicable)
Facilitate legal-approval process
Manage execution of programs and track overall program health
Organizational Excellence:
Instill a culture of organizational excellence, including proactive, collaborative, supportive engagement cross-company
Embrace data-driven & customer insights to inform plans, launches, and iterations
Establish a strong, effective, & empathetic rapport with teams across-company to ensure all programs launch flawlessly and with high Dealer, customer, stakeholder enthusiasm
Ensure a culture of performance: establish bold targets, key performance indicators, and proactively employ countermeasures based on performance of programs vs objectives
Develop and present GM internal leadership updates with pre-reads and compelling storytelling
Launch with excellence, celebrate success, learn from failure
Champion brand & country integration (Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick-GMC) and ensure program status through effective communications
Meaningfully champion diversity, equity, and inclusion
Additional Description
Key Qualifications:
5 years professional experience in two or more of the following areas: Field Team (Dealer experience), CCA, DRE (managing relationships with suppliers), Business Planner, Product Owner/Program Manager/Project Manager or Customer Operations Specialist
Industry experience in renewable energy programs/Utilities/Solar/Home Energy Management/Transportation Electrification/Residential Charging Installation
Experience and/or interest in Charging/Home Installation/EV lifestyle
Conversant in EVs and charging with a willingness to become a subject matter expert

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Pontiac, Milford or Sunnyvale three times per week, at minimum.

Compensation:
- The expected base compensation for this role is $98,900 – $158,000 USD Annually.
- Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
