This is a great opportunity for someone with solid analytics and project management skills looking to build their experience in the talent, leadership, and career development space.  This person will need to be successful managing multiple priorities and deadlines, analyzing and representing data, and identifying ongoing improvements.

What you’ll do: Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:

You will interpret data to generate themes and takeaways.  And partner with stakeholders to build and maintain dashboards and other ways of visualizing data. You will become familiar with ADP’s Learning Management System and partner with other specialists on the team to optimize overall reporting.
  • Manage internal communications and translations: You will project manage the Global Talent & Development team’s internal communications by partnering closely with the ADP Enterprise Communications team. You will also be responsible for partnering with external translation vendors and internal translation reviewers to ensure accurate, high-quality translations of GTD collateral and communications. These two responsibilities (internal GTD communications and translations) will include collecting project requirements, monitoring and tracking progress, and tracking related project estimates, invoices and payments.
  • Support key GTD business processes: You will manage some of the GTD Operations team’s processes. For example, you will partner with ADP Compliance and the Global Security Office on data privacy audits and data purges related to GTD systems. And work closely with the Human Resources Innovation & Analytics team to support automation and efficiency of processes.

  • Trusted Partner:  You possess strong relationship management skills and can partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of projects. You are able to consult, and problem solve with others in order to meet desired outcomes.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.
