Job Description:
The candidate must be a dynamic detailed oriented, self-starter who works collaboratively, and is driven to deliver accurate and rapid results. The chosen individual will work in the commercial or process & systems center providing support to various functions within Supply Chain. This role requires the individual to balance varying scopes and flexibility is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and execution of commercial documents, which include purchase orders, job orders, and amendments in support of resource play operations.
- Provides commercial support which includes drafting templates and documents, preparing and issuing bid documents, and providing data analysis.
- Drives support and promotes the use of appropriate Supply Chain tools, templates and systems.
- Supports data cleansing activities to support department's accuracy goals.
- Ability to take on ad-hoc projects to evaluate areas of spend, and develop a strategy based on findings.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal business partners to build consensus, align on priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Participate in Supply Chain related projects.
Qualifications:
- Must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. on a full-time, indefinite basis without need for sponsorship now or in the future.
- Majoring in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
- Education Level: Sophomore, Junior, and Senior level candidates.
- Students must maintain at least a 3.0 overall GPA.
Preferred Skills:
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
