Global S&OP Business Analyst

Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Global S&OP Business Analyst.
What you will do:
- Responsible for supporting HYG Global S&OP and S&OE processes to achieve financial and performance objectives with data, analytics, and predictive models.
- Provide analytical expertise to guide best business decisions globally.
- Create, manage, and monitor standardized S&OP metrics globally across all 4 regions (AMER, EMEA, BRAZ, APIC) to track performance, risks, and trends.
- Collect and validate data from various sources, such as sales, marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain.
- Monitor and measure forecast accuracy and identify root causes of deviations.
- Develop and maintain statistical models to validate accurate regional demand and supply forecasts.
- Prepare and present reports and dashboards to communicate key insights.
- Provide data, charts and presentations to support S&OP cadence meetings.
- Identify and effectively communicate trends, risks, and key insights to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on demand and supply plans and resolve issues.

- Comfortable working across silos with people from different areas to communicate common goals, solicit information, and gain consensus and buy-in.
- Experience managing/influencing stakeholders including Leadership levels across regional/global boundaries.
What you will need:
- B.A./B.S. in Business, Cost Engineering, Accounting, Statistics or related field required.
- 5-7 years work experience in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Project Management, S&OP, Supply Chain, Business Admin, or Operations (or closely related combination) and with broad range of business knowledge.
Skills, Experience & Abilities
- Strong analytical skills preferably with financial knowledge.
- Strong HYG business acumen, communication skills, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi and other software systems.
- Report creation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Combination of formal education, OJT, seminars, and professional certifications.
