Job Role: GlobalPartnerships Account Manager

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid - 2 days in office)

The Role:

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Global Partnerships Account Manager to drive regional sales and build meaningful relationships with our Global enterprise-level clients.

 

The Team: 

Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Growth you will be part of a newly formed Account Management team that will be focused on developing region-specific customer relationships to unlock value for our Global clients and in turn incremental revenue opportunities for EZRA in partnership with Global Account Director/Manager from other regions.

 

How will I make an impact?

  • Partner closely with global account owner to execute global account strategy
  • Understand customer needs, pain points, and objectives to position EZRA’s digital coaching solutions effectively, addressing their unique challenges and delivering value
  • Identify new business opportunities within your account portfolio and proactively prospect, leveraging existing relationships, EZRA’s proven track record of transformation and industry knowledge
  • Spend significant time conducting local/regional market research on customer business performance, expansion opportunity and leverage these insights to open doors and find new fields of play within global enterprise account to support account expansion
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Customer Success and Solutions teams, to ensure client satisfaction and drive account growth
  • Conduct high-level presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new business opportunities within your account portfolio in partnership with Global Account Director/Manager from other regions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, executives, and influencers within account portfolio
  • Understand the customer's industry, business goals, challenges, and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance and deliver thoughtful and relevant solutions

 

What you bring to this role: 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience driving revenue growth in an enterprise / global account role
  • 5+ years’ experience in business development / account management with a successful track record
  • Demonstrated experience in global account management, enterprise customer management and regional nuances of specified market (localization, contracting, billing)
  • A history of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Strong business acumen, understanding customer needs, and the ability to effectively position and sell complex solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to convey value propositions, deliver persuasive presentations, and negotiate contracts
  • An expert in multi-threading and identifying incremental buyer profiles/personas to create champions within, and across account portfolio
  • Flexible and comfortable working in a group/global selling environment where you may be leading a local pursuit but need to communicate consistently with relevant global account owner to ensure transparency/fluency in solution/pricing in order to win as one team
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Relevant experience in the HR consulting / leadership & L&D space preferred
  • Flexible hours may be required to run deals / partner across regions / time zone
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be to be ‘in the market’ with clients
  • Required travel, and office attendance in alignment to the EZRA’s Global Hybrid working policy
