Assistant General Manager

Highly-acclaimed Wine Spectator Grand Award-Winning Ai Fiori is looking for an energetic, professional, and passionate Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join the team. Ai Fiori operates as part of Altamarea Group, an award-winning global hospitality firm with 15 restaurants worldwide. Assistant General Manager Responsibilities include:

• Train, develop, and motivate all staff
• Organize, supervise and execute shifts
• Deliver superior service and optimize client dining experience on a daily, consistent basis
• Demonstrate an emphasis on driving business while improving quality and guest retention, including maximizing the seating of reservations and walk-in guests
• Performing high level of customer/guest service and guest interaction by exhibiting a friendly personality, executing guest outreach efforts, and engaging guests consistently
• Administrative duties such as inventory and purchasing

Assistant General Manager Requirements:

• Must have open availability able to work flexible hours; must have PM availability
• Strong client relations abilities and technical prowess with reservation management platforms
• Fine Dining experience (ideally at least 3 years of Michelin-level service) and knowledge of fine dining service standards
• Adept with all restaurant technology (POS, purchasing, labor-management)
• Passion for the hospitality industry and providing great service
• Candidates should be highly organized, efficient, and be able to work precisely
• Must be capable, trustworthy, have integrity, and have experience solving problems.
• Ability to train and encourage the restaurant staff
• Candidates should have an optimistic, positive disposition as well as an empathetic attitude
• Candidates should demonstrate creativity and a commitment to brand success
