About the role:
As a Global Operations Engineer at Secure Data Technologies, you will have the opportunity to make an impact from day one, working with one of the region's most innovative technology companies in an exponentially growing market. The Global Operations Engineer will work with our clients to ensure their infrastructure is monitored, managed, and patched. You will be the eyes, ears, and hands supporting dozens of multi-national corporations. A successful candidate will be ambitious, curious, and eager to work with our clients.
Ultimately, you will act as our brand's expert to our managed services clients. If you have experience managing cloud, network, server, Microsoft, or security in an IT setting, we'd like to meet you!
What you'll do:
Manage the day-to-day monitoring and service of Secure Data Internal and External Clients.
Monitor and assign tickets for internal and external Secure Data clients.
Create knowledge base articles for internal operations.
Work with clients via support phone calls.
Direct vendor escalations for client issues.
Monitor, manage, and upgrade internal and external IT systems.
Perform maintenance on internal and external client systems.
Escalate to senior level personal for client impacting items.
Develop governance, process, and procedure documentation for each SDTI client.
As needed, participate in certification testing for identified OEM partners.
Obtain certifications on internal systems required for business support.
Participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering (Desired)
- At least two years of related experience required
- At least one industry recognized certification
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
