The Role You Will Play
- The Director, Global Valuation Operations will lead, direct, and manage the development, validation, documentation, and maintenance of business and functional requirements for valuation platform enhancements and conduct structured walkthroughs of requirements with business and project team members.
- This role coordinates valuation platform development with upstream and downstream stakeholders (e.g. administration finance, experience studies, IT) through effective cross-functional collaboration to gain alignment on priority and mitigate operational risks.
- The Director, Global Valuation Operations develop and maintains a product roadmap aligned with the broader project objectives that maintains best practices and standardization across jurisdictions while allowing for identified office specific customizations.
- This role is entrusted to evaluate existing valuation platform gaps and recommend high level solutions to the project team.

Background Profile
- 5+ years of IT-related experience such business analysis, quality assurance, etc. partnered with 1+ years of people management experience.
- Actuarial science background
- Superior investigative, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Highly advanced oral and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey business terminology that is meaningful and well received as well as advanced skills in customer relationship management and change management
- Bachelor's degree
