pRole:/pulliAs a Global Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for executing tactical marketing tasks and administrative tasks in support of the marketing activities. You will be part of the Global Marketing team for Roche Diagnostics Solutions and will be working closely with the international business teams./li/ulpbr /Responsibilities:/pulliOrganize approved promotional content in the Content Management System (Veeva)/liliDrive the Promotional Content Approval Process (PCAP) workflows for new or updated marketing collaterals/liliDraft and post affiliate marketing notifications/liliCreate and maintain internal Google Sites/liliOwn the project management of the marketing initiatives with creative agencies (create POs, SOWs, MyBuy, negotiations, follow up on projects and invoices)/liliPerform website updates (coordinate with internal creative agency or with the digital marketing team)/liliSend the ldquo;Save the daterdquo; for affiliate training invites and organize internal logistics for internal virtual training/liliSupport the planning for global conferences (coordinate with Global Conferences and Events group the marketing collaterals for Showpad, PCAP for registration emails, set up booth duty, help with logistics)/liliPlan, track, and update Mamp;D budget (AMP tool/SmartSheet)/li/ulpSkills:/pulliAbility to create documentation that is complete, consistent, and accurate./liliAbility to plan project components, manage projects, and effectively report status to stakeholders./liliProficiency in the Google Suite of collaborative tools (gDoc, gSheet, gSlide, gCalendar, Gmail) including creation and management of G sites/liliCan deliver visually compelling work (graphic design aptitudes)/liliProficiency with Document Management Systems and Sales Enablement Platforms such as Veeva Vault and Showpad/liliExcellent collaboration, teamwork skills and organizational skills/liliStrong verbal communication skills and excellent writing skills (English)/liliExperience in budgeting and forecasting/li/ulpbr /Profile:/pulliNumber of years of experience that is required/preferred: 1 (required) -3 years (preferred)/li/ulpEducation:/pulliBachelor in Marketing, Communications, or administrative education (or equivalent years of experience)/li/ulpnbsp;/ppThis is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $35.96/hour-$49.00/hour/ppBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met)/ppMagnit has an ongoing commitment to the diversity and inclusion of all team members.
