We are looking for a Global InvestigationsCase Manager for our Ethics & Compliance function.
Role Purpose
As a member of JLL's global Ethics & Compliance team, this role is integral to the global ethics investigations and reporting program and is responsible for: triaging all new reports, providing guidance to local case investigators, monitoring ongoing investigations and corrective actions to closure, anti- retaliation and program assurance. With strong data analytics skills, you will analyze global case metrics and KRIs to develop reports for multiple stakeholders, including the Board, Audit Committee, senior stakeholders and public reports. Your will initiate and lead improvement projects to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our Ethics and Compliance system, tools and processes globally.

What this job involves:
  • Review and assign all incoming cases: triage, assess risks and escalate as appropriate
  • Assist with investigation process and platform design enhancements and ensure consistent and complete standards of reporting are utilized within JLL's global reporting platform and provide data quality assurance
  • Track open investigations to ensure proper process is followed and cases are properly closed out and documented in line with company standards
  • Coordinate anti-retaliation framework and monitor closed cases to ensure timely fulfilment of corrective actions and identification of potential signs of retaliation
  • Working in partnership with the Ethics Program Lead and E&C Risk Manager, extract, consolidate and analyze reporting metrics, KRI / KPI data points and external benchmarking data to identify trends, emerging risks and prepare reports, including for senior management, Audit Committee and public reporting relating to JLL's Ethics & Compliance program
  • Provide advisory support and guidance to the local Legal & Compliance and HR teams managing cases on a day-to-day basis; remove roadblocks, suggest solutions and identify relevant stakeholders
  • Assist with design and delivery of relevant training programs to meet the needs of Ethics & Compliance and Investigations teams
  • Lead and develop internal investigation network meeting and share best practice, case study, trends, etc.
  • Support a broad range of ethics-related investigations, including assisting development of investigation plans, review and analysis of information, interview support, preparation of investigation reports and presentations and maintenance of investigation records
  • Use data analytics to analyze global case metrics and KRIs to develop reports for multiple stakeholders, including the Board, Audit Committee, senior stakeholders and public reports.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with global and/or cross-functional teams on operational transformation, automation and other improvement initiatives for the global E&C function

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven track record and relevant experience / qualifications within Investigations / Legal / Compliance / Audit / Internal Control, or similar team
  • Strong data analytics and data visualization skills
  • Experience in managing or conducting internal investigations, handling whistleblowing reports and using global case management platform
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, work effectively on cross-regional and cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Curious, innovative mindset to proactively seek and champion continuous improvement and to drive efficiencies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a confident presenter who inspires confidence of colleagues and senior stakeholders
  • Champion of ethics and integrity, trustworthy and having excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with a track record of building collaborative and productive relationships
  • Ability to think out-of-the-box and adopt an innovative approach to work
  • Proficient with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel etc.
  • Outstanding command of English required, other languages preferable
