Job Description
This role is based remotely, but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Pontiac, Milford or Mountain View , you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.
The Opportunity :
People Analytics Solutions CoE is looking for an HR Reporting Managerto lead our Global Workforce Reporting team . In this role, you will manage the portfolio of HR reports and act as a Workday and other HR systems reporting lead. You will be responsible for evaluating current reporting processes and deliverables, optimizing Workday's reporting capabilities ( r eports, d ashboards, d iscovery boards , integrations etc.), enabling self-service, driving analytics best practices, adoption, and continuous improvement s .
You will manage ongoing requests for HR data and reports , design ing reporting solutions leveraging Workday data and other HR data sources. Your strong Workday reporting skills , focus on strategic data management , great project and product management skills , and ability to translate HR data into actionable insights will help advance our analytics capabilities and enable HR community and business to make data-driven decisions. Your leadership and acumen in building reporting capabilities and knowledge within the Global Workforce Reporting team will be key alongside evaluating current processes and delivery mechanisms.
This role will partner with teams across People Analytics , HR Technology and Operations , and IT to ensure adherence and compliance to data governance and security processes and standards , while designing solutions strategically aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities:
Thought Leadership, Strategy and Consulting – act as a Workday Reporting Lead in managing and optimizing existing portfolio of reports , designing new analytics products , providing recommendations and solutions around process and technology improvements in partnership with HR Technology and Operations, People Analytics, and IT
Lead Workday reporting o perations by managing ongoing data & reporting requests, monitoring usage , identi fying improvements , and enforc ing data and process standards in the Workday Reporting domain ( r eports, d ashboards and a nalytics) to ensure consi stency and simplification for users
Lead projects and assessments around data design and integrity ; reporting requirements , development , and optimization ; self-service capabilities and user enablement
Manage a team of analysts to deploy innovative reporting solutions and enhancements .
Develo p Workday reports and dashboards t hat provide key insights for business leaders, HR COEs and stakeholders creating an enhanced user experience and providing access to relevant metric s . Develop a persona-based reporting strategy that creates a simplified reporting experience.
Actively participate in the Workday community contributing expertise , requesting enhancements, sharing ideas , and collaborating with fellow customers
Develop and maintain documentation for all reports, dashboards, custom applications, and other data products and processes in the HR reporting domain
Manage the testing and validation of reports, dashboards, and custom fields/calculations ensuring they function correctly within Workday and the downstream data warehouse environment
Review semiannual Workday release notes and support updates to reports. Assess the upstream, downstream , and cross domain impacts when making design decisions to ensure minimal business disruption.
Additional Job Description
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant Workday reporting experience including building complex calculated fields, advanced, matrix, composite reports, dashboards, scorecards, and discovery boards working in a heavily customized environment
7+ years of relevant HR reporting and HR analytics experience
Previous experience managing HR data & reporting teams
Very good understanding of the Workday Recruiting module and da ta .
Very good understanding of HR data and HR employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, onboarding, talent management , workforce planning, position management, learning and development, talent retention etc.)
Strong understanding of data structures. Proficiency in SQL programming preferred.
Strong project management experience with ability to create and manage comprehensive project plans
Workday Reporting certification is preferred
Previous experience managing data integrations in and out of Workday is a plus
Previous experience managing legal, compliance, and regulatory reports and familiarity with global and local data collection processes is a plus
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Prism, People Analytics, databases and/or PowerBI is a plus
Compensation:
- The expected base compensation for this role is $108,400 – $169,600 USD Annually.
- Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
- Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
