SalaryThe Gift Shop Clerk is responsible for assisting customers and patients and maintains the appearance of retail space in the outpatient pharmacy.

- Welcomes customers and patient upon entry and exit.
- Answers incoming calls and direct to appropriate pharmacy staff.
- Process all purchases through POS.
- Create and maintain a good impression of the Gift Shop by straightening displays, cleaning counters and shelving, and assist in restocking.
- Work with marketing department and management to maintain sufficient levels of inventory and maintain storage areas.
- Change promotional displays as needed.
- Identify and solve complaints from customers.
High school diploma or GED required; Two (2) years of retail experience preferred.
