Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control is seeking a highly motivated Solutions Architect with experience building customer offerings for commercial, international and federal government customers. As part of Lockheed Martin's Geospatial Technology (GT) Capture Team, the successful candidate will help execute our strategic growth plan by developing solutions to our customers' most complex challenges. The position is full-time remote with location preferences in North Carolina, Colorado or Northern Virginia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work as a member of the GT Capture Team to develop compelling customer offerings
Lead technical capture activities for commercial, international and federal government opportunities
Work with the Business Development, Product Management and Engineering organizations to shape solution requirements and influence product roadmaps
Lead development and demonstration of advanced geospatial systems prototypes
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 15+ years of professional experience; or 10+ years of professional experience with a related Master's degree
Strong understanding of remote sensing and photogrammetry concepts
Experience architecting GEOINT solutions involving imagery, elevation and 3D products
Experience working as a customer-facing technical subject matter expert
Desired skills
Experience supporting development of technical proposals
Experience developing system concept of operations (CONOPS) to meet customer mission requirements
Experience developing on-premises and cloud solutions
Experience working with partners to develop integrated product offerings
Experience working across internal organizations to implement technical solutions
Builds customer relationships

Ability to work well within a team
Ability to manage simultaneous activities
Eager to dig into new topics
Excellent communication skills

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $118,100 - $226,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $135,800 - $256,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
