Job description
The Generalist of Human Resources is responsible for Olelo's Human Resources function and plans, administers, coordinates, and implements HR services and polices. The position reports to the Director of Finance and Risk Management and serves on the management team; and assist and advises company managers and leaders on all HR policies, practices, processes, and initiatives, including leadership and employee training, development, and performance. the Generalist will coordinate with Oleo's HR support services provider to administer HR related responsibilities.
