We are seeking Threat Report Specialistsat all levels of experience (Junior thru Senior and SME) to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Job Description:
The Threat Report Specialist plans, develops, manages, and supports Multi INT planning in an integrated Multi-Functional Intelligence analysis team. Conducts Multi INT intelligence analysis, collection, operational planning, and fusion/integration of intelligence data in order to produce reports, responses, artifacts, recommendations, findings, and products to priority intelligence requirements as directed. Supports threat analyses and assessments to inform and develop strategy, readiness capabilities, and existing and emerging threat training including regional use of emergent threats and specific strategies that can be undertaken regarding how to counter/mitigate those threats. Supports the examination of threats from traditional foreign information sources and non-traditional, peer competitors, Violent Extremist Organizations (VEOs), and state and non-state actors supporting terrorism.
Duties:
- Supports research conducted and the analysis performed along with recommendations for countermeasures to reduce risks associated with any potential and identified threats to include Mission analysis; Technologies employed; Concept and process development;
- Tools used; Strategic plan development; Oes; and Operations, dispositions, and capabilities supporting current operations and contingency planning.
- Supports strategies for training development, training delivery, and readiness support.
- Collaborates across the Government, including outside the DoD community, to facilitate information sharing and provide recommendations on information dissemination that improve information flow, reduce uncertainty, and enhance the readiness of DoD forces.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and five (5)+ years’ of experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
