We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our team. As a Tradesman, you will perform various construction and maintenance tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise across multiple remodeling trades.
```Responsibilities```
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete construction and maintenance tasks
-Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Install glass in windows, doors, and other structures
- Perform framing, sheetrock, mud, tape, painting, stucco application, masonry work, flooring, cabinets, doors, windows, fencing, gates and rain gutters.
- Restore and repair structures as needed
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Tradesman or similar role
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of construction inspection procedures and building codes
- Experience in glass installation, construction painting, stucco application, masonry work, or concrete finishing is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Year round work
