- Possible Job Tasks:
- Ability to multi-task and is detail orientated.
- Answer multi-line phones, take proper messages, and return calls.
- Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in, and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data
- Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits
- Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on availability
- Maintain patient records as well as upload files in our EMR
- Ability to be a team player and cross-train to other positions.
- An understanding of HIPAA Compliance
- Computer skills and knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Monitor clients while testing and score testing.
