Front Of House Team Member

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Clean and maintain a safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned

• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays and holidays. (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)
• Have the ability to lift and carry 25lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Minimum age requirement of 16 years old.

Chick-fil-A journey working as a part-time Team Member while in college. He became inspired, while working part-time, to continue his Chick-fil-A career after college. He worked his way from a part-time Team Member to several different leadership roles to working directly for corporate and now the

Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-Batavia!
