Position: General Manager in Training
Hours/Schedule: Permanent Full Time; In-person, non-remote position
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager In Training who, upon completion of our training program, will direct and manage our organization's business activities as well as develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

Compensation Details: Base salary $60,000-$70,000 based on experience during training program (approximately 6-12 months). There will be a compensation increase upon completion of the training program; company match IRA; paid time off; realistic bonus potential; company paid health insurance.
Job Description:
· Lead all areas of company including sales, marketing, operations, client service & logistics.
· Achieve revenue and profit goals while controlling expenses.
· Motivate, train, coach and hold accountable subordinate leaders.
· Generate new clients through leadership of the sales force.
· Network with industry and non-industry clients.
· Build & maintain strong client relationships.
· Provide clients with research solutions that will produce meaningful data insights.
· Work with and lead team to achieve all objectives.
Job Requirements:
MUST HAVES:
· Degree in business management or a masters in business administration or related fields.
· Good knowledge of different business functions.
· Strong leadership qualities.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Highly organized.
· Strong work ethic.
· Good interpersonal skills.
· Meticulous attention to detail.
· Computer literate.
· Proactive nature.
· 3-5 years of full P&L responsibility.
· Exhibits a positive, outgoing, and friendly personality. Must be a leader who can motivate team members during turbulent times.
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to shift quickly between multiple priorities.
· Ability to travel as needed.
· Hands-on leader who “jumps in” when projects or work-flow require it.
· Stable work history.
· Superior work ethic; ability to put in long hours when needed.
· Ability to read, understand and plan based on financials.
PREFERRED:
· MBA
· 5-10 years of full P&L responsibility
· 1-3 years of Social Media Marketing experience
· 1-3 years of Market Research experience
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Raleigh, NC with ability to travel as needed
