Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant operations, including shift management, customer service, and food preparation.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
- Coordinate banquet events, including planning, organizing, and executing large-scale functions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional dining experiences.
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software is preferred.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Proficient in food handling and safety procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
