Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $65,000 - $70,000/YR 

• Performance-Based Bonus Program: Eligible for up to $2,000-$4,000 Quarterly or $8,000-$16,000 Annually. Eligibility is based on predetermined sales & EBITDA goals for your location.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Building, leading and developing a dynamic and diverse team

• Engaging in friendly guest interaction

• Actively working alongside your team on the line

• Analyzing sales and controlling expenses, payroll and inventory

• Driving sales results and controlling expenses

• Leading your team in providing exceptional guest hospitality

• Analyzing your P&Ls & COGs to monitor payroll, ordering and inventory

• Utilizing your exceptional attention to detail, safety, cleanliness and organization

Job Requirements

• Minimum Two years of restaurant manager experience (QSR/Fast Casual Experience preferred!)
• Strong financial acumen, including an understanding of P&Ls and COGs
• Required food handler certification
• Ability to handle shellfish / tolerate exposure to shellfish allergen
