Serving signature and famous pizzetta pizzas made specially with handmade Organic Flour. The pizzetta and its organic ingredients mainly sourced from the Abruzzo region in Italy.
This Fast Casual Restaurant is looking for a General Manager who will serve as an inspiring team leader and a creative problem-solver. Specifically, we're interested in hiring someone who will motivate the team to succeed, engage with customers, establish goals, make marketing decisions, and plan events. Candidates must have at least 5years of experience in a managerial position and be willing to work hard to achieve results.
This position requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and business management skills to oversee the overall operations of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership, guidance, and support to the restaurant team, ensuring a positive and motivating work environment. Establish and enforce standard operating procedures to achieve excellence in customer service, food quality, and cleanliness. Mentor, train, and evaluate team members to promote growth and development within the organization.
- Operations and Financial Management: Oversee all operational aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and staffing. Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to drive profitability, reduce expenses, and achieve financial goals. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service and Guest Relations: Maintain a customer-centric approach and ensure the highest quality of service to exceed guest expectations. Foster a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for both regular and new patrons. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase customer retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement creative promotions, events, and initiatives. Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Menu Development and Quality Control: Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing menus that meet the taste preferences of the target market. Ensure adherence to the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. Conduct regular food tastings and provide feedback to enhance overall dining experience.
- Vendor and Inventory Management: Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of quality products. Oversee inventory management to prevent overstocking or shortages. Monitor product quality and communicate concerns to suppliers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume Fast Casual establishment.
- Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and administrative processes.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Good understanding of marketing strategies and techniques to maximize sales.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with staff, customers, and vendors.
