Job Duties
Our General Manager works directly with the You Move Me leadership team and Southwind Management, Inc. to ensure organizational oversight and development of team members and the company. An effective General Manager must be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, effectively prioritize, have a strong drive to cultivate leaders and be results-driven.
Duties:
- Support and collaborate with all Department Heads
- Follow through on all planning and forecast meetings
- Create a vision and a path for crew members to advance personally and professionally
- Oversight on labor/payroll/hiring
- Execute the Southwind operating system with fidelity
- Ensure the accuracy of the balance sheet
Qualifications:
- Good verbal and writing skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Thoroughness and detail-oriented a must
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be a team player
