Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
As the captain of our flagship studio, you'll navigate through the realms of sales and operations with a keen focus on charting a course towards unparalleled success. While your compass will primarily guide you through the seas of sales (80-90% of your role), you'll also anchor down on staff management and operational excellence (10-20%).
Your Role:
- Chart new territories with innovative lead generation, grassroots marketing, and networking strategies.
- Steer prospects into the Row House experience with a structured sales process.
- Propel membership sales to new heights with your outside sales and business development prowess.
- Assemble and captain a crew of top-tier instructors and sales representatives, ensuring they're aligned with our mission and values.
- Navigate the logistical waters of vendor coordination, inventory management, and studio upkeep to ensure a seamless Row House experience.
- Master the currents of ClubReady software, utilizing it for comprehensive revenue, attendance, and performance tracking.
- Exercise your autonomy in decision-making, especially in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Keep the studio shipshape, enforcing policies and maintaining an environment that reflects our brand's standards.
- Engage and anchor the Row House brand within the community through strategic networking and studio events.
- Pioneer marketing campaigns that not only generate leads but also foster a strong community connection.
Qualifications:
- Proven voyage of 2+ years in fitness sales.
- A natural at navigating sales strategies and training others to do the same.
- Independence in steering studio operations, with a collaborative spirit to work alongside the studio owner.
- Expertise in managing and boosting revenue streams, from membership to retail.
- Exceptional communication skills, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or via email.
- Agile in a fast-paced and diverse environment, with a sharp eye for improvement opportunities.
- A true fitness enthusiast with an organized, data-savvy approach to management.
