General Manager/Sales

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our company. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the business, including sales, inventory control, shift management, budgeting, recruiting, and training development. This is a key leadership role that requires strong business acumen and the ability to drive results.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency and profitability
- Oversee sales activities, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a retail or hospitality industry
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving sales and profitability
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Solid understanding of inventory control principles and practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
