We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the restaurant by managing all aspects of the business. Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Manage inventory and control costs to meet financial targets
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, providing ongoing coaching and development
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee morale
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu offerings
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Skills:
- Extensive experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, catering, and food production
- Proven track record in team management, shift management, and kitchen management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial data, control costs, and drive profitability
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure
