General Manager Crumbl Cookies

As the General Manager of a Crumbl Cookies store, you have the demanding yet fulfilling opportunity to be the leader of your store and the face of our brand! This role requires true leadership and will be competitively compensated. Do you have what it takes?

Requirements (MUST HAVE):

• Two years of PROVEN General Manager experience
• Pass background check
• Current ServSafe Manager certification
• Mastery of scheduling and ordering
• Excellent planning and communication skills
• High School Diploma

General Responsibilities:

• Hiring
• Training
• Scheduling
• Ordering
• Inventory Management
• Positive, professional, and timely communication with corporate and franchise leadership
• Track and manage store's performance benchmarks

General Manager weekly hours will range from 45-60 hours per week options, with flexible shifts.

Compensation

• $50,000 annual salary
• Up to $20,000 annual in performance bonus (paid monthly)
• Allowance toward cellular device bill (paid monthly)
