Hotel General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have full-service hotel background and possess excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, managing budgets, and maintaining a positive work environment for our staff.

Requirements

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
• Manage budgets and financial performance to achieve profitability goals
• Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff to ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service
• Monitor guest feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partner
• Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a full-service hotel manager
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of front desk operations, guest services, and hotel management software
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
