We are hiring Assistant Managers and General Manager for several current and new locations throughout metro Detroit (Ann Arbor, Bloomfield, Novi, Canton, Clarkston, Rochester Hills and Troy) and ensure the success of our company. The ideal candidate will be involved in supervising sales, accounting and management tasks, and will be expected to manage the overall operations of our retail store, including merchandising and staffing, in order to achieve maximum profits.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of store associates.
- Maintain a safe environment.
- Make sure the quality of products and services is consistent every day.
- Keep abreast of current trends in fashion, art, and pop culture to identify new trends and track competitor's activities.
- Generate sales.
- Provide customer service and support to customers.
- Sell products or services to customers.
- Maintain inventory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
