Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans and goals
-Read/Understand and execute all forms of contracts with new and existing customers
-In charge of business licensing, insurance, and other operational aspects
