### Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, managing a team of employees, and providing exceptional customer service.
### Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory control
- Manage and train a team of employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses
- Implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and ensure consistent quality of food
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and provide training opportunities
### Skills:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or General Manager in the restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
- Excellent cash handling skills and ability to manage inventory effectively
- Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and staff members
