Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Real Estate agent
- Assist with the preparation of Real Estate documents, such as contracts, leases, and closing statements, upload to the backend of our office and check for compliance
- Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses
- Maintain client databases and update property listings on various platforms
- Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other professionals in a professional and timely manner
-Organize and manage all birthday, anniversaries and special events
-Create, organize and deliver client gifts.
-Install and remove signage and lockboxes.
- Assist in organizing and attending meetings, appointments, and events
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients and potential buyers or renters
- Assist with coordinating repairs and maintenance for clientele
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a Real Estate setting
- Knowledge of Real Estate administrative processes and procedures, ideal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide support to clients, vendors and customers
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
