YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

OPERATIONS | Site running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to strategy
• Ensure inventory for office and maintenance needs are ordered
• Facilities and maintenance management
• Complete billing and invoicing
• Maintain accurate records

PEOPLE | Employees and members are onboarded and working effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CM to achieve peak performance
• Oversee recruitment of all Primary employees under the executive level
• Oversee Performance Management of all non-executive level employees including terminations
• Training & Development schedule is delivered in full
• Review Member Request Slack channel
• Strengthen relationships with VIPs with over 7+ memberships or flagged as VIP, through monthly contact

FACILITY | Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic of the physical office space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Facility Manager/Luminary to ensure Primary space is immaculate
• Coordinate all office moves with Members and Building Management
• Work with CFO to develop and execute space changes (layout, furniture, etc)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
