Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our Amazon Delivery Service business. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business, maintaining high standards of customer service, and managing a team of dedicated team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering for Amazon, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining a welcoming environment while maintaing high expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the DSP's daily operations, including team managment and efficiency, upholding safety standards, and scheduling.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs,

- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed,

- Train and supervise staff members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback,

- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints in a timely manner.

- Ensure consistent quality while upholding a high standard for various processes and procedures.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Previous experience with an Amazon DSP or other delivery service provider.

- Exceptional customer service skills.

- Proven ability to effectively manage a team.

- Familiarity with the delivery service trends and best practices.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
