Primary Job Functions:
- Ensure customers are receiving the highest level of service
- Educate team on sales plans, personal sales goals, store stats and drives team to achieve them
- Lead the charge toward selling through coaching, feedback, follow-up and recognition
- Conduct motivating store meetings/pre-shift huddles
- Assist sales team through customer interaction, closing sales and making good selling business decisions
- Provide positive communication in regards to company initiatives and best practices.
- Ensure compliance in all areas to include store operational standards.
Requirements
- 3-5 years Retail Sales Management experience with a Big Box retailer
- Proven track record of meeting financial objectives
- Ability to execute plans and strategies
- Ability to positively lead, mentor and drive a successful sales team
- Proven experience in a commissioned sales environment
- Excellent communication and listening skills
