About us
We are building new concept of compact supermarkets in the Pacific Northwest targeting urban neighborhood with high population density of young and busy professional. Yellow Bee provides customers with convenient and access to grab-and-go hot foods, fresh daily grocery and offers a young vibe place to hang out. Our first location is at the corner of Yesler & Broad way to be opened in May 2024 with the second location underway.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the stores, including inventory control, sales, and store management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet budget goals
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve store targets
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including budgeting and financial planning
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and inspire a team
- Experience in retail sales and store management
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning
- Ability to effectively recruit, train, and develop staff
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse customers
- Excellent skills in inventory control and buying processes
- Proven ability to drive sales growth through strategic initiatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
