Experienced Hotel Manager needed to oversee the overall Operations of our Dual branded hotel Wingate/Hawthorn Suites Kingman, AZ. Hotel is scheduled to open Mid- May.
Responsibilities Include:
· Providing/Assessing a Team of individuals to provide exceptional service.
· Review and Train in the day to day operations of the hotel from housekeeping to front office.
· Monitoring labor productivity, daily hotel accounting, and payable's
· Having a keen ability to maintain guest confidence through prompt and courteous communication with guests and associates.
· Manage according to Brand Expectations and Standards.
· Selecting/assistance in the selection of hotel associates, completes new hire paperwork, reviews associate performance and conducts personnel actions such as disciplinary actions and terminations.
MUST HAVE HOTEL General Manager, Director of Sales or AGM experience is required. Must be detail-oriented, have ability to communicate well with all levels within and outside the organization, and be able to problem-solve with associates and guests. Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a very fast-paced environment.
