Responsibilities:
- Lead all restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and financial performance.
- Develop and execute business plans, marketing strategies, and cost-control measures.
- Build a high-performing team through training, coaching, and fostering a positive work culture.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of restaurant general management experience.
- Proven leadership, operational excellence, and financial management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.
- Commitment to Five Guys' values of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- U.S. residency.
